1/32 Fiat G.50-II Freccia "Finnish Aces"
The Fiat G.50-II Freccia "Finnish Aces" in 1/32 scale by Special Hobby represents the Italian fighter aircraft used by the Finnish Air Force during WWII. The G.50 was the first modern Italian-built single-plane fighter, and although it did not see much success in Italian colours, it proved its worth in combat against Soviet aircraft in Finland. The model features detailed cockpit, engine and landing gear. The package does not include paint or glue needed for assembly.
Special Hobby 1/32 Fiat G.50-II Freccia "Finnish Aces" is a plastic model of the famous Finnish fighter aircraft that distinguished itself during the Winter and Continuation Wars. The Finnish G.50s were modified for local conditions and their appearance and camouflage changed during their service.
- The model features three Finnish machines, two of which can be built in two different livery, including O. Tuominen's famous blue "6".
- The kit includes four plastic parts frames, an injection-moulded cab overlay, detailed resin parts including the Fiat A.74 engine and etched parts.
