1/24 Spitfire IX early / VII / VIII recommended for Airfix

Supermarine Spitfire in Mk.IX, Mk.VII and Mk.VIII represents a more "mature" developmental branch of the Spitfire, which was created in response to themore powerful adversaries and the need for improved altitude and combat performance. In 1:24 scale, the cockpit is distinctly eye-catching, and the instrument panel is one of the details that immediately determines whether the cockpit feels like a real aircraft or just well-folded plastic. That's why a quality instrument panel is one of the most effective accessories: it adds verisimilitude, sharpness of detail and saves time.

The Yahu Models kit offers a pre-painted etched instrument panel for the Spitfire Mk.IXc early, and is also designed for the Mk.VII and Mk.VIII. The etching is factory finished (in colour, with sharply drawn dials, subtle labels and realistic looking alarms), so it eliminates the the laborious manual repainting of small instruments or the folding of multiple layers of decals.
