    Vallejo Game Color is a specially developed range of water-based acrylic paints designed for painting fantasy, sci-fi and wargaming figures. The paints have high pigmentation, excellent adhesion and after drying form a satin finish that enhances details while being durable enough for frequent handling of miniatures.

    Their consistency and flexibility make them ideal for brush work, especially on plastic, resin and metal figures. Paints can be thinned for fine layering or used undiluted for cover coats.

    • Application: 🖌️ Brush (can also be airbrushed after dilution)

    • Surface: satin (semi-gloss)

      • Vallejo Thinner Medium (70.524)

      • Water (for basic dilution)

    • Cleaning: Water or Brush Cleaner

    • Recommended Varnishes:

      • Satin Varnish (70.522) - to maintain appearance

      • Matt Varnish (70.520) - for a more realistic effect

      • Gloss Varnish (70.510) - for glossy elements and details

    • Recommended sealant:

      • Vallejo Plastic Putty (70.401)

    • Base coat:

      • Vallejo Surface Primer (recommended especially for resin and metal)

    • Special accessories:

      • Game Ink - for highlighting shadows and details

      • Wash Game Color - prepared washes for figures

      • Retarder Medium (70.597) - extends drying time for blending
