Add the thinner gradually, depending on the paint used, the nozzle diameter, the pressure, and the desired fineness of the coat. Vallejo recommends using no more than approximately 25% thinner for paints formulated for airbrushing; for paints intended primarily for brush application, up to approximately 50% thinner may be used when airbrushing. Always test the mixture on a test piece first.
Practical Use
- Suitable for: Model Air, Game Air, Mecha Color, Premium Color, and other compatible Vallejo water-mixable acrylic paints.
- Fine Work: To reduce drying on the needle, add a small amount of Flow Improver.
- After spraying: Clean the airbrush with Airbrush Cleaner; the thinner is not a substitute for thorough cleaning.
