    According to Tamiya, XF-85 Rubber Black is a black with a slight blue tint, great for recreating rubber tyres on military subjects, road wheels and more. The paint comes in a 10ml bottle. Tamiya Color Enamel paints are suitable for brush or spray painting and, according to Tamiya, can be used on almost any wood, metal or plastic surface.

    Tamiya lists the acrylic XF-85 (mini bottle 81785), LP-65 Rubber Black lacquer and TS-82 Rubber Black spray as equivalent colours. Rubber black looks more natural on a model than pure black.
