Eduard 481187 MC.202 exterior 1/48 is a photo-etched set for the exterior of the Italian Macchi MC.202 Folgore fighter, designed for the Italeri kit. Its focus is on the undercarriage and the gear doors.
The Eduard 481187 photo-etched set adds detail to the exterior of the MC.202 in 1/48 scale and is recommended for the Italeri kit. According to the instructions it provides parts for the undercarriage legs, the inner faces of the gear doors and further small exterior features – areas where thin metal sheet renders finer shapes than injection-moulded plastic.
The Macchi MC.202 Folgore was an Italian fighter of the Second World War, powered by a licence-built version of the Daimler-Benz DB 601. Companion sets for the same kit are the 481186 landing flaps and the pre-painted FE1601 STEEL seatbelts. The plastic kit itself is not included.
