The focus is on the cockpit: the cockpit photo-etched set and STEEL seatbelts refine the crew stations, the masks complete the set and the follow-on Part II covers the undercarriage, bomb bay and radiators. Modified Lancasters of No. 617 Squadron RAF attacked the German Möhne, Eder and Sorpe dams in May 1943 during Operation Chastise, using the Upkeep bouncing bombs designed by Barnes Wallis.
