Humbrol 44 Pastel Blue is a water-based Humbrol acrylic paint with a matt finish. It is designed for plastic kits, figures, dioramas and other modelling projects.
It is suitable for most modelling plastics and, after a test application, for wood, metal, glass, ceramics and card. Stir thoroughly before use. Apply directly by brush; two thin coats give a better result than one heavy coat.
How to use
- Type: water-based acrylic paint
- Colour: 44 Pastel Blue
- Finish: matt
- Volume: 14 ml
- Brush: apply in thin coats, straight from the pot or slightly thinned
- Airbrush: Humbrol's starting ratio is 2 parts paint to 1 part Humbrol Acrylic Thinner; adjust for nozzle and pressure
- Drying: about 1–2 hours to hard dry; allow longer for gloss and metallic colours
- Cleaning: water or Humbrol Acrylic Thinner while the paint is wet
