The flexible brush tip allows for precise painting of small parts, edges, and intricate surfaces without the need to prepare a traditional brush or airbrush. The paint has high coverage, can be layered, and blended with other shades. Once dry, it withstands handling and subsequent patina application well.
Recommended Procedure
- Clean the miniature or part. For the brightest and cleanest shades, the manufacturer recommends a white or bone-coloured primer.
- Remove the cap and apply the paint directly to the surface using the tip of the brush. Use the tip for edges and fine details; fill in larger areas with the side of the brush tip.
- Apply the paint in thin, continuous layers. Add another layer or a different shade only after the previous one has dried.
- Shades can be layered and blended together to create gradients, highlights, and shadows. The dried surface can be further weathered using standard model-making products.
- After use, gently wipe the tip and close the marker tightly.
