- 32897 B-17E/F STEEL seatbelts – photo-etched set
- 32399 B-17E/F undercarriage – photo-etched set
- 32400 B-17E/F bomb bay – photo-etched set
The photo-etch refines the engines and undercarriage, which are very prominent on a 1/32 model; a further set is dedicated to the bomb bay and the STEEL seatbelts complete the interior. The series continues with BIG3375 B-17E/F Part 2. The B-17E was the first Flying Fortress version with the enlarged tail and a tail gun position, and the B-17F that followed carried the main burden of the American daylight raids over Europe in 1942–1943.
The base plastic kit is not included.
