AK Interactive AK1010 Fine Primer Grey Spray (400 ml) is a light gray spray primer for plastic and metal models. It offers high coverage and adhesion and is suitable as a universal base for both light and dark shades; the gray color makes it easier to spot seams, sanding marks, and minor surface imperfections.
This is a synthetic spray paint with fast curing and good adhesion. The package includes a standard and a fine spray nozzle. Work in a well-ventilated area and protect the surrounding area from overspray.
Recommended Procedure
- Clean and degrease the surface, then let it dry completely. Test compatibility on a sample piece beforehand.
- Shake the can for at least one minute. Hold it upright while working.
- Apply quick, thin coats from a distance of approximately 25 cm. A single thick coat may obscure details or run.
- Allow approximately 5 minutes between coats; let the spray dry thoroughly before masking, applying a patina, or handling.
- After use, turn the can upside down and spray briefly until no more material comes out of the nozzle. This will help prevent clogging.
