The consistency is designed for realistic applications on the undercarriage, fenders, wheels, and tracks, as well as for integrating the model with the terrain of a diorama or wargaming base.
Recommended Procedure
- Mix the product thoroughly. The surface must be dry, clean, and already primed.
- For a continuous application, use an older brush; dab the paint to create an irregular texture, focusing the effect on the lower parts of the model.
- To create a spatter effect, pick up a small amount on the brush and run a toothpick across the bristles. You can create a finer spatter by directing a stream of air from an airbrush across the brush.
- Build up the intensity in several thin applications. Adjust the transitions and flow with a small amount of water or acrylic thinner.
- Wash your tools with water before the product dries.
