AK Interactive AK011 White Spirit (35 ml)

AK Interactive AK011 White Spirit (35 ml) is a working solvent designed for enamel effects, washes, filters, and oil paints. The manufacturer recommends it for thinning, blending, and creating controlled drips. It allows you to soften the edges of an effect, remove excess wash, or stretch out dots of enamel paint in the direction of water and dirt flow.

Recommended Procedure

1. Allow the previous coat of paint and varnish to cure completely. For unknown combinations, first test compatibility on a hidden area.
2. To thin, add the product to enamel or oil paint in small amounts until you achieve the desired transparency and flow.
3. To blend, dampen a clean brush only slightly and wipe off the excess on a cloth. A brush that is too wet can completely wash away the effect.
4. Soften and stretch drips in the direction of gravity. Remove the wash from flat surfaces with a clean, damp brush, leaving it in the recesses.
5. Close the container immediately after use and keep the brush clean between shades.

For very delicate and subtle transitions, you can choose the milder Odorless Thinner 35 ml, which, according to the manufacturer, is softer and less aggressive.

White Spirit 100 ml is also available.
