AK582 Decal Adapter Solution (100 ml) Makes it easier to apply and conform water-slide decals to both flat and contoured surfaces. Once applied, it softens the decal so that it better follows panel lines, rivets, embossed details, and curved surfaces.
Recommended Procedure
- Soak the decal in water as usual and transfer it to the prepared glossy surface.
- Using a fine brush, apply the solution to the applied decal.
- Let it sit for a few minutes; do not move the decal unnecessarily while it is softening.
- Using a brush or soft stick, carefully conform the decal to the details and squeeze out any excess liquid.
- Once completely dry, seal the decal with a suitable varnish.
For very thin or older decals, first test the reaction on an unused section of the sheet.
