AK Acrylics 3GEN Aircraft Series RLM 72 (17 ml)
AK Interactive 3GEN Aircraft Series AK11823 RLM 72 is an acrylic paint for models of German seaplanes and maritime aircraft. The green RLM 72 is one of the most common camouflage colours of these types in the Second World War.
RLM 72 comes from the Aircraft Series, the aviation branch of AK Interactive's 3GEN acrylics. For this third generation the manufacturer stresses high pigmentation, coverage and resistance, and a formula intended to avoid airbrush clogging.
AK Interactive has included the paint in the AK11721 WWII Luftwaffe Seaplane Colors set, which contains the three most widely used camouflage colours of German seaplanes: RLM 72, RLM 73 and RLM 65 (1941). The manufacturer lists the set for the Arado Ar 196, Blohm & Voss BV 138 and BV 222, Dornier Do 18, Do 24 and Do 26, Focke-Wulf Fw 200 and Heinkel He 59, He 60 and He 115, among others.
