AK Acrylics 3GEN AFV Series Russian Sand 7k (17 ml)
AK Interactive AK11370 Russian Sand 7K is an acrylic paint from the 3GEN AFV Series (18 ml). According to AK, Sand 7K was one of the Soviet camouflage colours introduced around 1939.
Sand 7K completes the Soviet palette in AK Interactive's third-generation 3GEN AFV Series acrylics, alongside Green 4BO and Dark Brown 6K. The bottle holds 18 ml, and the manufacturer formulates the paint for brush and airbrush.
AK states that 6K and 7K were introduced around 1939 for disruptive patterns but saw quite limited use, as most equipment remained green overall. Sand 7K is therefore mainly for models of Soviet vehicles in multicolour camouflage. The manufacturer offers it in the AK11665 WWII Russian Standard Colors and AK11657 WWII Soviet Tank Colors sets.
