An all-resin model of a British World War II training glider. The Hotspur Mk.I was originally developed as a paratrooper glider. Due to its insufficient capacity for transporting troops, it was redesigned into the Hotspur Mk.II training version. Without the large number of glider pilots trained on the Hotspurs, the invasion would not have taken place—or at least not as we know it. In addition to resin parts, this detailed model includes a vacuum-formed cockpit canopy, cast windows made of clear resin, white metal landing gear struts, and decals for two aircraft.
The resin parts require trimming, test fitting, and gluing with a suitable adhesive. Paints, adhesive, and tools are not typically included in the package.
