The T-34-85 represented a major upgrade of the famous Soviet T-34 tank, responding to the growing threat of German heavy tanks. The composite turret version combined cast and welded parts and was built in several production plants, with Plant 112 in Gorky being one of the most important producers. Summer 1944 production was directed to the front during key operations in Ukraine, Poland and the crossing of the Vistula River.
The 1/35 scale model offers the maximum detail of the interior - including the engine compartment, gear mechanisms, fighting compartment, ammunition, seats and turret interior panels.
