1/72 German Main Battle Tank Leopard 2 A8
Meng 72-012 German Main Battle Tank Leopard 2 A8 1/72 is a plastic kit of the A8 version of the German Leopard 2 main battle tank. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
The Leopard 2A8 is a production version of the Leopard 2 from KNDS. It has been ordered by the Bundeswehr, and several European armies, including the Czech one, are among further customers. Among other features the A8 carries the Trophy active protection system.
The Meng kit in 1/72 scale depicts the tank in its A8 version, as the box art shows. Meng also offers the Leopard 2 A7 (72-002) in the same scale, so both versions can be compared in a collection.
The 1/72 scale suits a space-saving collection of modern tanks as well as dioramas with several vehicles.
Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
