1/72 Bf 109G-5/6 OVERTREES
Eduard 1/72 Bf 109G-5/6 OVERTREES is a plastic kit of the German fighter. Sprues J, N, U and V only, no decals or instructions. Paints and glues needed for assembly are not included.
From February 1943 the Bf 109G-6 replaced its MG 17 fuselage guns with heavier 13 mm MG 131s, whose breeches required the two characteristic “Beule” bulges on the upper cowling. The G-5 was otherwise identical to the G-6 but had a pressurised cockpit for high-altitude flight.
Inside are sprues J, N, U and V from parts set 70150 (per the label) and nothing else – no decals, instructions, photo-etch or masks. The late configuration of these versions is covered by the sister set 70160X. Paints and glues needed for assembly are not included.
