1/48 PZL P.23 Karas recommended for Mirage
Yahu Model YMA4822 is a set of etched 1:48 scale instrument panels for Polish light bomber PZL P.23 Karaś. The parts are pre-printed in colour and ready for direct assembly using JustStick technology - no painting required. The kit is designed for Mirage kits.
The PZL P.23 Karaś was a Polish single-engine light bomber and reconnaissance aircraft that entered service with the Polish Air Force in 1936 as its main tactical bomber. During the German invasion in September 1939, it was one of the most frequently deployed types - its crews flew some of the first combat missions of World War II, attacking German columns and airfields. Despite initial successes, Karasi units suffered heavy losses due to the obsolescence of the design, the rigid undercarriage, and inadequate protection by fighter aircraft. Some of the machines fled to Romania and continued to serve with Polish units in the West.
Yahu Model YMA4822 is a set of 1:48 scale photo-etch focused on the instrument panel of PZL P.23 Karaś. The parts are colour pre-printed directly by the manufacturer, so there is no need to hand paint the instruments - just cut them out and glue them on with JustStick technology. The result is a significantly more faithful and detailed cockpit appearance compared to standard plastic kit parts. The kit is designed as a direct replacement for Mirage models.
