Hobby Boss 1/48 Yak-38U Forger B is a plastic kit of an aircraft for assembly. The Yak-38U is the two-seat training version of the carrier-based vertical take-off and landing aircraft. Its extended forward fuselage with tandem cockpits clearly distinguishes it from the single-seat Yak-38. This release offers Yellow 24 with red stars and Ukrainian Yellow 04.
The box contains over 140 plastic parts, including eleven clear components. The sprues provide both crew stations with seats, landing gear legs and bays, propulsion components and separate clear canopy sections. Decals include maintenance stencils, accompanied by painting guides for both options. The model is approximately 370.8 mm long with a 148.3 mm wingspan. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
