1/48 I-153 recommended for ICM / AMG

Yahu Models YMA4836 is a detailed colour etched set of dashboards for the 1:48 scale model of Polikarpov I-153. This accessory is designed for ICM and AMG kits and focuses on one of the most prominent parts of the cockpit - the instrument panel. Thanks to the pre-painted finish, it offers a fine treatment of the alarms, labels and individual panels that would be difficult to replicate with the same sharpness and accuracy with conventional hand painting. The Polikarpov I-153 "Chaika" was a Soviet fighter biplane that was developed as a developmental continuation of the I-15 series. Compared to the earlier versions, it introduced retractable landing gear and represented an effort to combine the agility of a biplane with more modern design features. In the second half of the 1930s and at the beginning of the war, it served with the Soviet Air Force in several roles, including fighter and support duties. Although it had already been partially surpassed by newer monoplanes by the time of the German attack on the Soviet Union, it remains a historically significant transitional type between classic biplanes and modern fighter aircraft.
