1/48 FM-2 Wildcat

Hobby Boss 1/48 FM-2 Wildcat is a plastic kit of a carrier-based fighter. The FM-2 was the last production version of the Wildcat, built by the Eastern Aircraft Division of General Motors. A lighter airframe with a more powerful Wright Cyclone engine and a taller fin distinguish it from the earlier F4F; it served mainly aboard escort carriers, including in anti-submarine operations.
The 1/48 scale kit extends the Hobby Boss Wildcat range with the late form of this carrier fighter from 1943–1945. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
