Trumpeter 1/350 HMS Zulu 1941 is a plastic kit of the British Tribal-class destroyer. The box contains over 250 parts, a photo-etched fret, G18 decals and a display stand. Paints and glue are not included.
HMS Zulu was a Royal Navy Tribal-class destroyer with pennant number G18. In May 1941 she took part in the night attacks on the battleship Bismarck, and a year later, in September 1942, she was sunk off Tobruk. The kit depicts the ship as she appeared in 1941.
According to the manufacturer the kit has over 250 parts, and the hull is moulded in one piece using slide moulds. The photo-etched fret provides railings and fine details, while the decals offer British naval ensigns and the G18 pennant number. A display stand is included.
The finished model is about 328 mm long according to the manufacturer, so it also suits a smaller warship collection. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
