1/35 U.S. INFANTRY TANK RIDERS. SET 2
MiniArt 1/35 U.S. Infantry Tank Riders. Set 2 is a detailed plastic kit of four WWII era U.S. soldiers in relaxed, seated poses on vehicles. The figures are ideal for adding to dioramas or equipment models. Package does not include paint or glue needed for assembly.
During World War II, the U.S. infantry often used armored vehicles not only to move into the combat zone, but also to quickly escape from danger zones. Tank riders, i.e. soldiers transported on tanks and armored personnel carriers, were common, especially in the European campaign after the Normandy landings. These soldiers traveled seated on the hull or turret of a vehicle, ready to jump off and engage in combat.
MiniArt 1/35th scale U.S. Infantry Tank Riders. Set 2 features four realistically rendered U.S. soldier figures in relaxed sitting and resting poses. Also included are detailed weapons and equipment, including M1 Garand rifles and Thompson submachine guns, as well as period-accurate uniforms and equipment. The figures are suitable for adding to dioramas, armoured scenes or stand-alone displays.
The package does not include the paint or glue needed for assembly.
