1/24 A6M2b 21 Zero
Trumpeter 1/24 Mitsubishi A6M2b Model 21 Zero is a plastic kit of the Japanese carrier-borne fighter. The decals depict AI-103 from the aircraft carrier Akagi. Paints and glue are not included.
The Mitsubishi A6M Zero was the main carrier fighter of the Imperial Japanese Navy at the start of the Pacific War. The Model 21 (A6M2b) had folding wingtips so the aircraft would fit the carrier deck lifts.
The large 1/24 scale leaves plenty of room for detail: the manufacturer's photos of the built model show the detailed radial engine, the cockpit, the wheel wells and a drop tank. The AI-103 markings belong to an aircraft from the carrier Akagi. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
Nationality: Japan. Period: World War II.
