Games Workshop Chaos Black Spray is a professional acrylic aerosol paint developed for modelers and miniature collectors. Chaos Black is one of the most widely used base paints due to its versatility - the black base coat highlights the model's depressions and details, makes it easy to layer lighter shades afterwards, and provides strong contrast for techniques such as dry brushing or edge highlighting.

The paint is formulated to create a smooth, matte finish without leaving brush marks, saving time when preparing multiple models. It is suitable for plastic, metal and resin materials and adheres well to cleaned surfaces. Spray application ensures even coverage of hard-to-reach areas, which is especially useful for more complex kits with many details or figures with rich armament.

The package contains 400 ml of paint. Shake the can properly before use and apply the paint from the recommended distance in short bursts to avoid overflow or clogging of details. Chaos Black can be combined with the full range of Citadel paints and is suitable as a base for dark colour schemes as well as lighter surfaces where the black base coat is to act as a shading layer.
