Eduard A6M2-K in 1:48 scale is a training two-seat version of the legendary Japanese fighter aircraft Mitsubishi A6M Zero. The A6M2-K was developed in response to the growing need for pilot training during World War II, when Japan faced a shortage of experienced pilots. Unlike the combat version of the Zero, the A6M2-K had a simplified design with a fixed undercarriage and a two-seat cockpit for instructor and student, making it an ideal trainer for training future fighter pilots.

Eduard's kits offer quality plastic parts with fine surface detail that faithfully capture the characteristic lines of this machine. The model is complete with Eduard decals that allow the realization of four different camouflage schemes representing specific aircraft used by the Japanese naval air force during the war.
