1/32 Spitfire Mk.II double-sided express masks for Revell/Hobby2000
ASK masks 1/32 Spitfire Mk.II Express for the Revell and Hobby 2000 plastic kits are double-sided. Besides the cockpit glazing inside and out, they also include circular wheel masks.
ASK developed the shape of the masks itself, directly from the parts of the Revell and Hobby 2000 kits in 1/32 scale. Sheet ASK 200-M32016 from the SCALE MASK range carries exterior masks for the windscreen and canopy, an INTERIOR section (9–15) for the inner side of the frames and a column of circular wheel masks labelled A1, S127 and S128.
The Spitfire Mk.II differed from the Mk.I by its more powerful Merlin XII engine and was built at the new Castle Bromwich factory. It reached RAF squadrons during the Battle of Britain in 1940. The masks are intended for the Revell and Hobby 2000 kits in 1/32 scale.
