The MiG-29 fighter, developed in the Soviet Union in the late 1970s and early 1980s, is one of the most important types of the Cold War. It was designed as a multi-role machine capable of countering modern Western fighters such as the F-15 and F-16. It was characterized by high maneuverability, powerful engines and advanced avionics of its time.

After 1989, Poland acquired its first MiG-29s, which became the basis of a modernised air force during the transition from Soviet armament to NATO integration. The early service of these aircraft represents an interesting period when the Polish Air Force operated a modern Soviet fighter in a changing geopolitical environment.

The limited edition 1/72 scale IBG kit offers a detailed MiG-29 model with the opportunity to build the machines in the colours of the Polish Air Force of the late 1980s and early 1990s. The package also includes 3D printed parts that increase the believability of the final model and allow to achieve the maximum level of detail.

The package does not include paint or glue needed for assembly.
