Plastic parts of basic kits (such as Airfix) are often simplistic or inaccurate in this area; resin replacements offer sharper edges, more accurate thickness of the wiper arms and a more realistic shape of the rubber strip. Installation requires carefully removing the casting from the filler block, cleaning the surface, and gluing it in the appropriate location on the cockpit visor parts. Due to the small scale, it is advisable to use a good quality second glue or special resin glue and work with a magnifying glass or under lights.
