DH.82 Tiger Moth Main Wheels and Tailskid w/Wheel is a 1/48-scale resin accessory set from CMK.
This resin kit is designed for post-war Tiger Moths. Compared to plastic parts, the main landing gear wheels feature not only sharply detailed tires with the manufacturer’s logo, but also all three rim variants—even as seen from the side of the landing gear axle! The variants include a rim without a cover, a rim with a cover, and a rim with a cover bearing the manufacturer’s initials. The tailskid with its tailskid wheel is cast from a special, oven-cured resin.
This is an add-on set; the plastic kit, paints, and glue are not included in the package unless the manufacturer explicitly states otherwise.
Recommended Use
- Before assembly, degrease, clean, and perform a dry fit
- Use an adhesive suitable for resin
- We recommend applying a primer before painting
- Model paints, brushes, or an airbrush are suitable for finishing
