60 cm Flak Scheinwerfer (Flak Sw-36) with Sd.Ah.51 / 60N Searchlight with Tow Cable is a 1/48 scale resin accessory set from CMK.
A German World War II anti-aircraft searchlight with a diameter of 60 cm. It was used by the Luftwaffe and the Wehrmacht to illuminate the night sky during nighttime air raids and to provide nighttime lighting for airfields. We already offer this searchlight in 1/72 scale as model MV130. Now we have prepared a more detailed, larger model in 1/48 scale. The entire kit, including the Sd.Ah.51 transport cart, was 3D-printed. The assembled searchlight can be mounted on the assembled cart and removed again! After the war, the Czechoslovak Army also incorporated it into its arsenal as captured equipment, under the designation 60N searchlight.
This is an add-on set; the plastic kit, paints, and glue are not included in the package unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer.
Recommended Use
- Before assembly, degrease, clean, and dry-fit the part
- Use an adhesive suitable for resin
- We recommend applying a primer before painting
- Model paints, brushes, or an airbrush are suitable for finishing
