Operation Market Garden, which took place in September 1944, was a bold attempt by Allied forces to break through the Netherlands into Germany with a large-scale airborne operation. The battles pitted British and American paratroopers against well-organized German units in urban and rural environments, often involving civilians and in difficult conditions.
MiniArt presents five detailed 1/35th scale figures in this set - three Allied paratroopers and two German figures. Each figure is complete with a realistic resin head with elaborate expressions and equipment that faithfully represent the end of the war. The authentic rendering makes the set suitable for battle dioramas as well as scenes depicting encounters or capture. MiniArt confirms its reputation as a manufacturer with a feel for the atmosphere of specific historical events. The package does not include the paints or adhesives needed for assembly.
