The Horten Ho 229 (also referred to as the Gotha Go 229) was an experimental jet aircraft with a "flying wing" concept that was to fundamentally change the face of aerial combat. Its development was begun by brothers Reimar and Walter Horten at the end of World War II, with the goal of creating a fast, hard-to-hit aircraft with a small radar footprint - a principle that decades later resembled modern stealth technology.

The machine was equipped with a pair of Junkers Jumo 004 engines and was intended to combine the speed of a jet with the aerodynamic efficiency of a glider. The first prototypes achieved excellent performance, but the war ended before the type could be deployed in combat. After the German surrender, the project was seized by the Allies and one of the surviving examples is still on display at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum in the USA.

The 1/32 scale Zoukei Mura kit provides a uniquely detailed rendition of the Ho 229 design in the spirit of the "Super Wing Series". The model allows the complete internal fuselage frame, Jumo 004 engines, landing gear shafts, cockpit and weapons sections to be assembled. The parts are accurately cast with fine engravings and a high level of authenticity. The kit is intended for experienced modellers who want to build an extremely technical and visually attractive aircraft from the end of World War II.

The package does not include the paint or glue needed for assembly.
