1/32 Gladiator I recommended for ICM
Yahu Models 1/32 Gladiator I is a photoetched instrument panel for ICM Gloster Gladiator Mk.I (early version) kit in 1:32 scale. It is a "just stick" type accessory - the panel is pre-coloured and you only need to remove it and stick it on, no further painting or glue is needed to attach it. Designed for use with ICM kits (Ukraine/UK).
The Gloster Gladiator was the last biplane fighter aircraft of the British Royal Air Force, which entered service in the mid-1930s and actively participated in combat at the beginning of World War II. Although at the time of its deployment it was already a transitional type between the interwar biplanes and the modern single-planeHurricane, Spitfire), the Gladiator proved its worth in a number of conflicts, from the defence of Malta to the Norwegian campaign and the battles in North Africa and Greece. Its robust design, good handling and relatively strong armament (four machine guns) earned it the respect of pilots despite technological obsolescence. For modellers, the Gladiator presents an attractive template with its characteristic two-plane profile, open cockpit and a variety of colour schemes from different battlefields.
Yahu Models offers a photo-etch instrument panel designed specifically for the ICM Gloster Gladiator Mk.I (early version) kit in 1:32 scale. This accessory belongs to the "just stick" category - the panel is already pre-printed and colored from the factory, so you just need to carefully remove it from the carrier sheet and stick it to the designated place in the cockpit. No additional painting or special glue is needed for attachment (regular modeling glue or a dab of instant glue will suffice). This makes installation quick and the result immediately visible - detailed dials, scales and labels give the cockpit a realistic look without the need for laborious hand painting or decals.
The photo-etched panel replaces the plastic part from the original kit and adds a higher level of detail, especially when looking into the open cockpit of the Gladiator. Since the Gladiator had an open cockpit protected only by a small windshield, the interior is easily visible and worth investing in more detailed accessories. The panel is designed exactly for ICM (Ukraine/UK) kits, so it should fit the intended location without any problems.
