Rare limited edition 1:48 scale model of the most modern Mil Mi-17 Hip by Annetro, focusing on machines serving in Latin America. This version, based on AMK's excellent mouldings, is enriched with the parts and decals necessary to recreate the exotic and colourful schemes of countries such as Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Cuba.
Using high quality plastic parts and photo-etched planchettes, the kit allows you to build the iconic helicopter in versions ofoptimised for counter-narcotics, transport in rainforest areas or high-altitude operations. It impresses with its detailed payload bay and realistically curved rotor blades.
Mil Mi-17 (export version of the Mi-8MT, NATO: Hip-H) has gained immense popularity in Latin America due to its reliability, robustness and above all its ability to operate in extremeextreme and variable conditions - from humid tropical forests and high Andes to operations at sea.
