Field maintenance was the Allied Army's mainstay during 2. The equipment had to work every day, often in mud, dust and cold, and minor faults were solved on the spot, without the comfort of a full-fledged workshop. This is why repair scenes are so rewarding for dioramas: it's not just the vehicle itself, but the whole story around it - the servicing, the refuelling, the parts changes, the fluid checks and the routine work that kept the units moving.

The MiniArt U.S. Repairmen set features four 1/35th scale American repairmen in natural poses suitable for composition around the vehicle, on the service area, or in an improvised "workshop." The figures are crafted with attention to detail in uniform and equipment and appear believable as a team in routine maintenance - exactly the type of characters that add life and logic to a scene.
