The GAZ-03-30 was a light bus built on the chassis of the GAZ-AA truck and in the ambulance version was used to transport wounded and sick soldiers of the Red Army. It was mainly deployed on the Eastern Front in field infirmaries and medical units. Thanks to its simple design and reliable operation, it found a firm place in Soviet logistics.
