1/24 A6M2 (Mitsubishi Green) recommended for Trumpeter

Mitsubishi A6M2 "Zero" is one of the most iconic Japanese fighter aircraft 2. World War II and in 1:24 scale it is a type that calls for a meticulously crafted cockpit. On such a large model, the instrument panel is one of the most visible areas - and once the cockpit is completeit's too late to "catch up" on the subtle labels of the alarms or the neat separation of the individual instruments.

The Yahu Models kit offers color-etched dashboards for the A6M2 in Mitsubishi Green. The parts are factory finished (in color, with crisp alarm clock artwork and realistic detail) and are designed to for quick assembly using the JustStick system - typically just detach the panel, dry test the fit and glue. Compared to decals or simpler plastic parts, you get a significantly more realisticA more convincing cockpit "face" without the need for complicated masking and hand-painting.

The add-on is designed for Trumpeter kits and is recommended for Trumpeter Mitsubishi A6M2 Zero in 1:24 scale. It stands out best when the cab is open overlay or when building with an emphasis on the interior; however, even with the cab closed, the panel often remains clearly visible at this scale. Before gluing, it is a good idea to do a "dry" test and, if necessary, gently adjust the original plastic part so that the etch sits without gaps and does not look "layered".
