The kit can be assembled to show three different positions: parked, short takeoff or vertical landing.
The lifting fan is integrated with the nose gear.
Weapon bays are shorter compared to the F-35A and can be built open or closed.
The cockpit is molded in clear plastic with a slight tint.
Decals / markings options for building one of 7 different US Marine Corp, Royal Air Force or Italian Navy aircraft.
When complete the model measures 222mm wide and 325mm long.

- Includes a variety of ammunition: the AIM-9X Sidewinder x2, AIM-120C AMRAAM x2, GBU-12 Paveway II x4, and GBU-32 JDAM x2 (which can be mounted on shorter weapon bays compared to the F-35A).

This highly detailed model is made of light grey plastic. The model comes with easy to understand building instructions. Use plastic model glue to glue the model together. The model can be painted with plastic model paints (glue and paints are not included).
