The 1/72 scale kit Du Doch Nicht!! presents a unique view of three famous German fighter planes from the First World War - the Albatros D.V, Fokker Dr.I and Fokker D.VII - as piloted by one of the most famous aces of the time, Ernst Udet. The aircraft deployed between 1917-1918 were typical of their performance, agility and distinctive livery, each representing a different phase of Udet's career. The Fokker Dr.I, the famous triplane, had a wingspan of 9.9 cm and a length of 8 cm; the Albatros D.V with its sleek silhouette measured 10 cm in length and 12 cm in span; the sturdy Fokker D.VII reached 9.5 cm in length and 12 cm in span.
Eduard's limited edition model includes a total of 165 plastic parts, colour etched accessories, pre-cut masks, decals for eight different camouflage variants, plus a miniature Pour le Mérite badge. Considerable attention has been paid to detail and authenticity of workmanship.
The package does not include the paints or adhesives needed for assembly.
