1/72 RWD-13 "Legion Condor"

The RWD-13 was designed in Poland in 1935 as a light three-seat tourist and utility aircraft. Due to its simple design and reliable flight characteristics, it quickly spread to aeroclubs and private pilots. More than 80 were produced before the war and some of them were exported abroad, where they were used in various roles - from sport flying to communications services.

An interesting chapter is the deployment during the Spanish Civil War, when several machines entered the service of the German Legion Condor. These aircraft were mainly used for communications and courier duties, where they proved their reliability and ease of maintenance. Although they were not combat machines, they contributed to the provision of facilities and support activities in the conflict that became the prelude to the Second World War.
