1/72 MiG-19PM
Clear Prop MiG-19PM in 1/72 scale is a kit of a 1950s Soviet air raid fighter equipped with radar and missiles, with decals including the Czechoslovak variant. The package does not include paint or glue needed for assembly.
The MiG-19PM represented the culmination of the development of the MiG-19 type, the first mass-produced supersonic fighter aircraft of the Soviet Union. The PM version was radar-equipped and for the first time completely abandoned the gun armament in favor of a quadruplet of Kaliningrad RS-2U air-to-air missiles. This type served in the air defence of the USSR and Warsaw Pact countries, including Czechoslovakia, in the 1950s and 1960s.
The 1/72 scale kit from Ukrainian company Clear Prop offers a high level of detail, accurately rendered cockpit, fine engraving of the paneling and high quality decals for several versions, including the Czechoslovak machine. The refinement and accuracy make this model an ideal choice for advanced modelers focused on Cold War jet aviation.
The MiG-19PM belongs to the Cold War era and was produced in the Soviet Union.
The package does not include the paint or glue needed for assembly.
