Payment
Fast online payment in advance
You can pay easily, quickly and securely thanks to the GoPay payment system. Your payment will be credited to our account within a few minutes. In this way, you pay by credit card over the Internet or by fast online bank transfer. There is no charge for this method of payment.
Online payment procedure
In the second step of the cart, when selecting the method of payment, you select the appropriate online payment.
After sending the order, information about its acceptance will be displayed and you will click on the Pay button.
In the case of payment by card, you will then be redirected to the relevant page, where you simply fill in the details of the payment card and then make the payment.
Once the online payment has been verified, the order is considered paid and is forwarded for prompt processing.
If the payment is not made for any reason, you will be notified and you can retry the payment or select another online payment. If you wish to change the method of payment, contact us. We will be happy to arrange it.
You will also receive a confirmation e-mail with the order being sent. In the case of fast online payment, you will find a link that you can use to pay, for example, if you do not have a payment card with you at the time of ordering.
Current bank transfer
As soon as the ordered goods are ready, we will send you payment details by e-mail. After receiving payment to our account, the goods will be shipped or we will ask you to collect them. This usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Our account is maintained with Komerční banka.
